Payment Info

All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Items shipped to California are subject to sales tax. If you are VAT Exempt, please contact sales@pixologic.com and include a copy of your exemption certification. Include your order number in the email.
Items shipped to nations charging VAT will have the VAT price added to the final sale. If you are California sales tax exempt, please contact sales@pixologic.com and include a copy of your exemption certification. Include your order number in the email. The delivery address is used to determine all tax and VAT surcharges.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping & Handling, taxes and the order total price will be shown during checkout before you place your final order.
For your security, checkout uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
Multiple discounts/offers cannot be applied together or stacked.

Shipping Info

Orders ship in 2-3 business days. (Holidays excluded)
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

*Please note: When selecting First Class USPS mail, the order will not have a tracking number.

Saturday Delivery is not available.
The Ship To address must be a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping charges are set by UPS and USPS are beyond our control. Be aware that shipping can be expensive for overseas purchases.
If you choose to use UPS for shipment of your package, the UPS tracking number will be sent to you by email. Be aware that no information will be available for the tracking number until UPS has actually picked up the package. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become available via UPS.
If nobody is available to receive the shipment, UPS will place the package near the door. If you do not want this, please check the box during checkout to require delivery signature. In this case, if nobody is available to receive the package, UPS will leave a notice that delivery was attempted. Thereafter, a second and if necessary third attempt will be made to deliver the package. For more information on UPS shipping policies, please go to www.ups.com.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated ship date.
Cancellations can only be made before your order ships. After shipment, the order becomes subject to our standard Returns Policy.

The Software is owned by PIXOLOGIC, INC., and its structure, organization, and code are valuable trade secrets of PIXOLOGIC. The Software is also protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or modify the functionality of the Software. Except as stated in this agreement, this agreement does not grant you any property rights in the Software, including intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you are receiving a limited license to use the Program and Documentation and that the Company retains the title to the Program and Documentation. You acknowledge that the Company has a valuable proprietary interest in the Program and Documentation. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the Program or Documentation or any copy, modification, or merged portion in whole or in part without express permission from Pixologic.

PIXOLOGIC IS PROVIDING YOU THE SOFTWARE ON AN "AS- IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PIXOLOGIC DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USE THE SOFTWARE . PIXOLOGIC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL PIXOLOGIC BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF A REPRESENTATIVE OF PIXOLOGIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so your rights may vary depending on the state or jurisdiction in which you are located. If you are in a state or jurisdiction which prohibits the exclusion or limitation of damages or implied warranties, to the extent permissible, any implied warranties shall be limited to ninety (90) days.



Returns Policy

Sales of all products are final.
Please confirm your purchase carefully before ordering.
We only permit the return of products shipped in error due to a Pixologic shipping or order processing error. If you believe Pixologic has shipped you an incorrect product, please do not open the sealed packaging of the individual product. Opened products cannot be returned. If you have received an incorrect product due to a Pixologic shipping or processing error, please use the following return process:
Please contact Pixologic customer service to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). An RMA request must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product in accordance with Pixologic's Returns Policy.

All returns are subject to a 5% processing fee. All items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging that the products were shipped in, including any identifying stickers, manuals or manufacturer information. If the item was shipped in a sealed container and unless the reason for return is manufacturer defect, that item must be returned in that same sealed container without evidence of tampering. Pixologic reserves the right to inspect all returned items, and may deny a return based on our inspection of the returned merchandise. Anatomy Tools products and bundles are exempt from this return policy. They are instead subject to the policies set by Anatomy Tools.

Return packages that do not include the RMA number on the outside packaging will not be accepted.
Returned products must be received by Pixologic within 15 days of the RMA number being issued.
All returned products must be in their individual and original, unopened wrapping.
If your return is because an incorrect item was shipped, the replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days (holidays excluded) of our receipt of the RMA package.
If your return is because an extra item was shipped, the refund for that item will be made within 2 business days (holidays excluded) of our receipt of the RMA package. Please be aware that the time it takes for the money to be made available to you by your financial institution is subject to their policies.


Pricing Policy

All prices posted on this site are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at the earlier of the our issuing a confirmation email and the commencement of shipment apply. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling.


Legal

The Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California and the United States of America, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. The parties specifically disclaim application of the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You specifically submit to personal jurisdiction in California and venue in Los Angeles County in connection with any dispute between you and Pixologic arising out of the Terms of Sale or pertaining to the subject matter thereof.
